Redemption of Packages with Doorstep Delivery

Looking to redeem your Full Month, 100 Days, Wedding, Birthday, or Corporate package? Youâre in the right place! đ
Once you receive your voucher, please save it onto your device. There are 2 simple ways to redeem your voucher:
1. If you received a PDF voucher
Simply click on the QR code and it will automatically direct you to the redemption page.
2. If you received a photo voucher
Press and hold the QR code image, then open it in your browser to access the redemption page.
How to redeem your voucher:
Once you are on the redemption page:
- Select your preferred delivery date
- Read and tick all Terms & Conditions (important đ)
- Click Add to Cart
You will then be directed to your cart, where the total should show $0. Please ensure there is only 1 box in your cart.
Next, click Checkout, which will bring you to the payment page. The amount should automatically be deducted to zero, so no payment is required for this gift voucher.
Simply fill in your complete delivery details under the billing address (as that is where we will deliver), then click Complete Order.
Wait a few seconds until you receive a confirmation email with your order number â this means your redemption is successful! đ
Important note:
All our packages are freshly prepared on the morning of delivery. We strongly recommend consuming them on the same day, especially for all kueh items, to enjoy them at their best.
