Product Information

Are your products Halal?
Yes, all Sweetest Moments products are Halal-certified. Where possible, our products come printed with the Halal certification logo.
Do you have vegetarian products?
Our products are vegetarian-friendly, with the exception of glutinous rice. Kindly note that some products contain eggs and dairy.
Do your products contain nuts?
Some products contain nuts and our kitchen is not nut-free. Please contact us before ordering if you have allergy concerns.
What is the shelf life of your products?
All products are freshly made with no preservatives. Cakes and pastries are best consumed within 1–2 days when kept chilled. Traditional items such as kuehs and glutinous rice are best enjoyed on the same day.

Ordering & Customisation

How much advance notice do I need?
Standard items require at least 3 days’ notice. Customised cakes require approximately 7 to 14 days’ notice, depending on the complexity of the design, so please WhatsApp us directly at +6562862553 to check. Orders are best placed online. Details like photo can be sent to us after orders are placed.
I need the items urgently. What can I do?

I would like to order for different dates. How should I submit my order?
Please submit one order for each date. We make-to-order based on each date.
I would like to order for delivery and pickup on the same day. How should I submit my order?
Please submit one order for delivery and one order for pick up.
I would like to use the same announcement card for the next order. How can I give this instruction?
As you check out, there's a notes section for you to state "Please use card design as per order number S123456."
When and how do I give you my photo for the personalised cards?
Photos can be emailed to us after you receive the confirmation order via email.
What happens after submitting the order?
You will receive an automated confirmation email. If there is anything we are unable to fulfil, we will notify as soon as possible within 48 hours. If a personalised card is ordered, please send us a photo for processing.
Do you charge GST?
Yes, any prevailing GST charges will be included in the final price upon checkout. If the GST is not captured for a reason, please understand that we will send you the billing separately for the GST before we process the order, as all goods fulfilled in Singapore are subject to GST charges.
Can I amend my order after payment?
Changes can be made at least 72 hours before delivery, subject to availability.

Can I request a more precise delivery time?
You can select a particular delivery slot within an hour's range, but do note that a surcharge of $20 (w/GST $21.40) will apply. Please go to: https://sweetestmoments.com.sg/products/1-hour-strict-delivery-time-surcharge and add request to cart. Note that due to unpredictable traffic and weather conditions, we are unable to guarantee precise, right-to-the-minute deliveries. If you would like to receive your purchases at an absolutely precise time, we highly recommend that you consider pickup as an alternative.
I would like to enjoy the free delivery and request for a specific time, is that possible?
To enjoy the promotion, the delivery time is flexi and dependent on the driver's routing for the day. If you are ordering cakes and pastries which have a 1-2 days' shelf life, you may consider delivering it a day earlier. Do remember to store it in a chiller.
Do you deliver on weekends and public holidays?
Yes, we deliver on weekends and public holidays. Our kitchen is closed on Tuesdays.
Do you deliver to CBD areas?
Yes, we absorb the CBD area charges for you, for deliveries to CBD areas, for all products except for "full month and wedding packages with doorstep deliveries". Do note that there is an area surcharge of $18+GST per location for these packages with doorstep deliveries.
Can I change my delivery address at the last minute?
We understand that sometimes there's no one around. If your neighbour can receive on your behalf, or we can hang it at the door, that will be great. If all solutions are not possible, re-delivery to a new address is chargeable from $10+GST.
