Product FAQs

Definitely! All of our products at Sweetest Moments are Halal-certified so that means everyone can consume our lovely creations. Our packages also come printed with the Halal certification logo. 

Yes, with the exception of glutinous rice, our products are vegetarian-friendly! Kindly note that some of our products may contain eggs and dairy. 

Some of our products do contain nuts and our preparation area is not nut-free. Feel free to contact us directly if you require further clarification. 

At Sweetest Moments, our products are free from any preservatives so you can consume with a peace of mind. Hence we recommend consuming our products on the same day for the best quality.

Products like ang ku kuehs & glutinous rice are not recommended to keep until the next day. They do not keep well in our hot & humid weather.

Our cakes, cupcakes and pastries have a shelf life of 1-2 days and must be stored in the chiller to ensure freshness. 

If you insist to keep your products until the next day for distribution, kindly ensure that you choose food items with longer shelf lives and store them appropriately. 

However, do note that we will not be held responsible for any illnesses resulting from irresponsible consumption of our products past its recommended due date.

 

Yes you can! Kindly note that food item changes may come with additional charges depending on the type of product selected. However, food item changes for doorstep delivery packages are currently unavailable. Please WhatsApp us at 62862553 for more information.  

Our E-Vouchers have a validity of 2 months. We don't do extensions so remember to use them before they expire! 

Placing of Orders FAQs

Orders are best placed online, giving us at least 3 days' notice. If you place an order on Monday, the earliest delivery / pickup date you can choose is Thursday. 

Photos, can be emailed to us after placing the order, so no worries if you do not have the photo on hand.

Orders for separate deliveries / collections should be placed separately as individual orders.

GUIDE TO ORDER ONLINE

  1. Simply choose your desired product(s) and click on the 'Add to Cart' button.
  2. Kindly note that some products may require you to agree to the terms and conditions. Ensure that each checkbox is checked before adding them into your cart.
  3. Kindly note that some products have a minimum quantity requirement. Ensure that you select the quantity of boxes required before adding them into your cart.
  4. Click on the ‘Cart’ icon on the top right corner of our page once you are ready to proceed to checkout.
  5. If your order comes with a card, select your preferred card option and click on the ‘Add Card’ icon.
  6. If there are any additional requests, you may include them in our ‘Special Instructions to Seller’ box.
  7. Select your delivery/ pickup date and time. Kindly note that we are closed on Tuesdays and we are unable to offer our delivery or pickup services on that day.
  8. After checking that your order is correct, click on 'Proceed to Checkout'.
  9. Key in your promo code, if any.
  10. Fill in your billing information, delivery information and card details.
  11. Make your payment and you're done!

 

It really depends on what you are ordering, really!

For personalised full month and wedding packages, themed cakes and cupcake designs featured on our website, please give us at least 3 days to prepare your order. Do note that there are some cakes with intricate designs on the website requiring more than 3 days to prepare. 

For customised cakes made according to your creative designs and ideas, we will require at least 14 days of advance notice. Kindly fill up the enquiry form here or WhatsApp us directly at 62862553 so that we can do our best to bring your imagination to life. 

For urgent orders with less than 48-hour notice, please contact us directly at 62862553 to discuss the possibility of meeting your requirements.

Please submit the orders online separately if you want the orders delivered on different days or picked up separately from the deliveries. We identify each day's orders by the order number, so for example, S10001 is for X date, and S10002 is for Y date. We also identify each delivery separately from pickup, so for example, S10003 is for delivery, S10004 is for pickup. 

(If you wish to use the same announcement card design for the orders, you can state "Please use card design as per order number S10001" in the notes section upon checking out.)

Photos can be emailed to us after placing the order, so no worries if you do not have the photo on hand.

After submitting the order, you would receive a confirmation email.

Step 1: Please reply to that email with an attachment of the photo, or email it to sales@sweetestmoments.com.sg. 

Step 2: After we receive all the required details of the personalised card, we will send you a preview of the card for your vetting. Please approve it for us to proceed with printing. 

To ensure a smooth process from preparation to preview to print, please send us the photo and details at least 3 days before the delivery date. 

Yes, you can if the changes are notified at least 72 hours before. For any changes or add-ons, kindly drop us an email at sales@sweetestmoments.com.sg so that we may assist you further.

On the product page, please fill in the details for the personalisation before adding the product to the cart. 

We accept MasterCard / Visa Cards for online payments. All prices listed are in SGD (Singapore Dollars). 

We also accept PayNow. Our UEN number is 200802349M. Kindly send the screenshot to sales@sweetestmoments.com.sg so we can then start to process the order. 

All payment has to be made before the order(s) is processed. 

Yes, any prevailing GST charges will be included in the final order price upon checkout.

2. Your order will be processed accordingly. If there's anything we are unable to fulfil, we will inform you as soon as possible within 48 hours.

3. If you have ordered our wedding or full month packages, a preview of your personalised printed card will be sent for your vetting before we print.

Delivery FAQs

You can select a particular delivery slot within an hour's range, but do note that a surcharge of $20 (w/GST $21.40) will apply. Please click here and add request to cart. 

Note that due to unpredictable traffic and weather conditions, we are unable to guarantee precise, right-to-the-minute deliveries. 

If you would like to receive your purchases at an absolutely precise time, we highly recommend that you consider self-collection as an alternative. 

Orders placed with our free delivery promo code will be delivered anytime between 10am to 5pm. So the promotion will override the selected time. 

If you need your order (applicable to cakes & cupcakes only) delivered at a specific time, an alternative solution is to have it delivered a day before your preferred date and store our products in the chiller for next day consumption. 

Our deliveries are at $19+GST and we do deliver to CBD areas for all products except for packages with doorstep deliveries. 

Only for packages with doorstep deliveries to CBD areas, there will be an area surcharge of $18+GST per location. 

Yes, we highly recommend this if the product you chose has to be consumed on the same day. Gentle reminder to place the orders separately for each date!

Our kitchen is closed on Tuesdays, so we are unable to offer delivery or pickup services on that day. You may like to place your order for Monday if it's for cake or cupcakes that can be stored until the next day. 

Yes, we deliver on weekends and public holidays! On public holidays, we deliver from 10am to 1pm. 

Ideally, if you can speak with your neighbour to receive the order on your behalf or if you can find alternatives, that will be great.

In the unfortunate case if all solutions fail, we can re-deliver the items again at a later time with the incurrence of a re-delivery charge of $10 (w/GST $10.70).

Packages with Doorstep Delivery FAQs

Our doorstep delivery packages provide deliveries to multiple locations for your friends and family whereas our regular packages without doorstep delivery will only be delivered to one location of your choice.

Package with doorstep delivery will have a "D" listed behind their product codes. For example, our product FA15 does not include doorstep delivery. However, FA15D comes with doorstep delivery.

Yes, you can mix and match different types of boxes for doorstep delivery.

However, should you wish to order the regular packages and the packages with doorstep delivery, please submit the regular packages in one order, and the packages with doorstep delivery in another order.

Please send us the file at least 2 days before your delivery date so that we can schedule and plan the deliveries. If we are unable to receive in time, or the fields are incomplete, we will have to postpone the deliveries to the next day. Also, any last minute change will not be possible.
