Definitely! Sweetest Moments is Halal-certified so that means everyone can consume our lovely creations.

I have vegetarian friends. Would they be able to enjoy your sweet treats?

Yes, if they can consume eggs and dairy! With the exception of glutinous rice, the rest of the products are vegetarian-friendly, if they can consume eggs and dairy. 

How advanced does my order need to be?

It really depends on what you are ordering, really! 

For personalised full month and wedding packages, themed cakes and cupcake designs featured on our website and collaterals, please give us at least 4 days' notice to prepare your order. 

For customised cakes made according to your creative designs and ideas, we will require at least 14 days of advanced notice. Kindly email us an image of design you have in mind to enquiries@sweetestmoments.com.sg so that we can do our best to bring your imagination to life. 

For urgent orders with less than 48-hour notice, please contact us directly at 62862553 to discuss the possibility of meeting your requirements. 

I would like to keep the remaining packages until the next day for distribution. Can I do so?

It really depends on the types of food items you choose. To keep them until the next day for distribution, kindly ensure that you choose food items with longer shelf lives and store them appropriately. 

However, do note that we will not be held responsible for any illnesses resulting from irresponsible consumption of our products past its recommended due date.

Can I arrange for deliveries or self-collections on separate days?

Yes, we highly recommend this if the product you chose has to be consumed on the same day.

How do I place my order, if my deliveries or self-collections are on separate days / if I have one delivery and one self-collection / if I have 2 or more different delivery locations? 

Please submit the orders online separately if you want the orders delivered on different days. We identify each day's orders by the order number, so for example, SG10001 is for X date, and SG10002 is for Y date. 

(If you wish to use the same announcement card design for the orders, you can state "Please use card design as per order number XYZ" in the notes section upon checking out.)

Can I request for a more precise delivery time?

You can select a particular delivery slot within an hour’s range, but do note that a surcharge of $20 (w/GST $21.40) will apply. Please click here and add request to cart. 

Note that due to unpredictable traffic and weather conditions, we are unable to guarantee precise, right-to-the-minute deliveries.

If you would like to receive your purchases at an absolutely precise time, we highly recommend that you consider self-collection as an alternative.

How do I place an order?

There will be a service charge of $10 (w/GST $10.70) for orders submitted over the phone. 

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept MasterCard / Visa Cards for online payments. All prices listed are in SGD (Singapore Dollars).

If, for some reason, the above payment mode is not possible, we accept Internet Banking transfer to our bank account:

All payment has to be made before the order(s) is processed. 

What about GST?

Yes, any prevailing GST charges will be included in the final order price. 

I have submitted my online order - so what's next?

1. An automatic email will be sent to your inbox, to assure you that we have received your order(s). 

2. Your order will be processed accordingly. If there's anything we are not able to fulfil, we will inform you via a call as soon as possible within 48 hours. 

3. If you have ordered our wedding or full month packages, a preview of the personalised card will be sent for your vetting. 

4. A day before your desired delivery/collection date, we will send you an order fulfilment email as a gentle reminder of your order. 

I have lost my vouchers, can you help? 

Unfortunately, this is really out of our means to re-issue any vouchers. So, please ensure that you keep the physical vouchers well!
