Refund Policy

Amendments and Cancellation Charges 

  • No amendments or cancellations can be made to orders 2 days prior to the delivery or pick up date, as our products are personalised for you.
  • In the case of customised cakes or cupcakes where setting of fondant figurines have to be done in advance or where special arrangement has been made to source for the special items, please note that amendments and cancellations cannot be made 5 days prior to the delivery or pickup. 
  • Hence, in the event that any purchase is cancelled, and/or, any refund is to be returned to the charged credit card, the following charges apply:
    • If notice period is less than 48 hours, 100% of the total purchase price.
    • If notice period if less than 5 days, 50% of the total purchase price. 
    • If notice period is more than 5 days, $53.50 (inclusive of GST) or 3.5% of the purchase price, whichever is higher. 
  • (Updates: 100% refund in the form of store credit valid for 12 months will be given for any cancellations, should you decide to change your mind. Pls give us at least 2 days' notice. Please note that the above cancellation clause applies if this store credit option is not accepted)

Returns

  • Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food / flowers cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
  • Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  • Additional non-returnable items: Gift cards
  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
