We deliver islandwide Singapore except for restricted areas 

Deliveries to Sentosa, MBS & Tuas with postal code 62 & 63? An area surcharge of $18 (w/GST $19.26) applies. Please click here and add request to cart.

Deliveries for doctors or healthcare workers at hospitals? The delivery will only be arranged to the drop-off point for recipient to pick up. Pls make sure that the recipient is aware of this arrangement and provide us his/her contact.

Pick Up Hours

Daily between 9am to 6.30pm, except Tuesdays

Public Holidays* between 9am to 1pm 

 

Delivery Hours

Everyday, except Tuesdays:

  • 10am - 1pm 
  • 2pm - 5pm
  • 10am - 5pm (if using free delivery promo) 

Public Holidays* between 10am to 1pm

Tip: you may like to add your event time to the "special instructions for seller", so that we will try our best to deliver before your event starts, if the delivery routing allows so.

If your event starts early part of the day, you may consider delivery a day earlier (only for cakes and cupcakes which can be stored in your fridge). 

Pick Up Charges

Not applicable. 

You may receive goodies^ instead.

 

Delivery Charges

Free delivery to 1 location for purchases over $200.

(Update: Enjoy a free delivery on us for purchases above $30! Discount auto-applies upon checking out.)

For purchases less than $200, a delivery charge of $19 (w/GST $20.33) per location applies.

*When Public Holidays falls on Tuesdays, deliveries & pick ups will be made available and we will close on Wednesday instead.

    Delivery Capacity

    • As delivery slots are limited, please ensure that you place your order early. 
    • Sweetest Moments reserves the right to reject or reschedule your delivery if all delivery slots are fully booked. Customers will be duly informed if such situations arise. 

     

    Returns

    • All purchases are deemed to be satisfactory and accepted by the recipient upon delivery or pick up. No requests for refunds or exchanges will be allowed. 
    • For deliveries, please ensure someone is available to receive the purchases at the listed address. In the event that nobody is around to receive the products, they will be returned to our office. 
      • If delivery is returned to our office due to the absence of a recipient, delivery charges will not be refunded. 

     

    Amendments & Cancellation Charges

    • No amendments or cancellations can be made to orders 2 days prior to the delivery or pick up date, as our products are personalised for you. 
    • In the case of customised cakes or cupcakes where setting of fondant figurines have to be done in advance or where special arrangement has been made to source for the special items, please note that amendments and cancellations cannot be made 5 days prior to the delivery or pickup.
    • Hence, in the event that any purchase is cancelled, and/or, any refund is to be returned to the charged credit card, the following charges apply:
      • If notice period is less than 48 hours, 100% of the total purchase price. 
      • If notice period is less than 5 days, 50% of the total purchase price. 
      • If notice period is more than 5 days, $50 (w/GST $53.50) or 3.5% of the purchase price, whichever is higher. 
    • (Update: 100% refund in the form of store credit valid for 12 months will be given for any cancellations, should you decide to change your mind. Please give us at least 2 days' notice. Please note that the above cancellation clause applies if this store credit option is not accepted.)
