How to Submit Your Image
After placing your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Please reply to that email with your image attached for your printed flag, at least 3 days before your delivery or collection date.

*Weight is based on moist chocolate cake with buttercream frosting for a standard design. Figurines and other decorative elements not included.
Note:
- The earliest possible delivery date is 3 days from today.
- For cakes with vanilla sponge flavour, a support straw will be inserted to help maintain the cake’s stability during transport.
- Due to the use of fresh cream frosting, only pastel colours can be achieved. Bright or dark tones are not suitable with this type of frosting.
- Please note that licensed characters like Disney, Sanrio, etc. are not allowed.
- Flag included separately for easy placement on the cake.
- Cakes & cupcakes are best stored in the chiller.
- For display purposes, cakes & cupcakes with buttercream or fondant frosting can sit out for a few hours in cool temperature. Fresh cream frosting must be kept chilled at all times.
- Do not place the cakes & cupcakes under direct heat.
