The VXM Christmas Voucher allows your recipient to redeem your chosen pastry treats at his/her own preferred date, which comes with doorstep delivery for the pastry treats. 

You will receive ONE personalised Voucher in electronic format for you to send out to your recipients. 

(For example, if you have bought 13 vouchers, you will only receive 1 personalised voucher via email. You can send this same voucher to 13 recipients. 

Recipients will be given a link for them to redeem the product. The code given in the voucher will allow 13 redemptions in total.)

• Delivery time will be between 10am to 5pm for these individual doorstep deliveries for your recipients. 
• Food item changes are not allowed due to logistic issues.  
• Redemptions are limited to only 1 use per recipient / email address. If you do not wish to limit in this manner, please let us know as you check out in the "notes" section.
• Delivery is islandwide except for CBD areas, hospitals, restricted areas, Sentosa & postal codes starting with 62 & 63.
• Pls note that all products and services are subject to GST. So if your billing address is not a Singapore address, the website system will not charge GST, hence we will be billing you the prevailing GST rate separately, after your order comes in. 

Terms & Conditions of the Voucher:

• Vouchers are valid for 1 month from the date of issuance. 
• Voucher expiry date is final and not extendable.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash.
• Unused vouchers will not be refunded and will be automatically forfeited.
